Shipping & Returns

We accept all major credit cards (American Express, Discover, Mastercard & Visa), cashier's checks and money orders in U.S. Dollars. International orders must be prepaid with a credit card, international money order or international cashier's check in U.S. Dollars, we do not accept any other forms of currency. If you have a time machine and can travel back in time, furs, beads, and spices may be considered.

All orders are usually shipped within 24 hours. We have an inventory comprised of both new and used parts, but sometimes we may be temporarily out of stock on an item. At times, we are simply awaiting a new delivery from the manufacturer. If you are in a hurry, let us know and we can ship your partial order or wait to ship your order complete. Please allow extra time for special order items to be shipped. There is no minimum order amount. When placing an order, please state the year of your car, the model, and if it has had any modifications from original.  This will assist us in offering you the the best and quickest solution to your needs. 

We ship Monday thru Friday via UPS and USPS.  Please keep in mind that if your order cannot be delivered via UPS to a PO Box address, these orders will be shipped via US Mail. Our minimum shipping cost is $5.00. Next Day, 2 Day, 3 Day and Saturday delivery is available with an associated extra cost. Just let us know when you absolutely need something if you require these services, and with that said, please understand that although we may hold up our end of the deal, there are times that the shipping companies may not and therefore cause delays.

For our Alaskan, Hawaiian, Puerto Rican, US Virgin Island and International customers, items can be shipped by US Mail. For International customers with large orders, we can arrange shipping via freight delivery to your country, as US Mail has size restrictions on large items. Additional shipping costs maybe applicable for such locations.

Damaged Items
Inspect your order as soon as it arrives!!! If there are any questions, contact us immediately. If a package and its contents are damaged, notify Eddy & Dave's Garage and the carrier. In the case of damaged items, please retain the damaged item and packaging until notified by the carrier or otherwise, as the carrier may want to inspect the package, but this is at the discretion of the carrier. Once the carrier notifies us, a replacement item can be sent out. If damage claims are not reported immediately, we are unable to honor any claims, so notify us immediately.

All items must be returned in their original packaging, in unused condition accompanied with a copy of the original invoice in order to receive a refund. Some special order items may require a restocking fee, orders for special upholstery combinations are non-returnable. Please check with your sales person for details. To return an item, call 714-231-4772 to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). We cannot accept returned merchandise without an RMA. Returns must be received within 30 days of the RMA issue date. Items received after 30 days may be subject to a restocking fee or returned to the customer. Refunds will be made to the original credit card used for the original purchase, or in the case of non-credit card orders a check will be issued. Alternatively, store credit can be requested to use for future purchases.

For walk-in customers, returns must be made within 30 days of the original purchase, items must be in their original packaging, in unused condition and accompanied with the original invoice. For items sent incorrectly, we will also refund your return shipping to the value of the cost of regular shipping by US Mail. Please note: Third party shippers (for example UPS Store, FedEx Kinko's, Mailbox Etc) add charges to normal shipping costs. Eddy & Dave's Garage does not reimburse these charges or for special services (Next Day etc).
Please do not return any items via COD — our shipping department cannot accept COD returns.

Satisfaction is guaranteed to all of Eddy & Dave's Garage customers, please contact us immediately and retain your original invoice. We will assist with warranty issues; however, all warranty issues are the ultimate responsibility of the manufacturer. We cannot be responsible for manufacturer policy and/or processing.
